The electrode welded by the electric bit is placed in a fixed copper crystallizer. The remelting of the consumed electrode is realized from the "liquid starting point" using the TⅢ3000-1 transformer with strict power supply volt-ampere characteristics (that is, the gap between the electrode end and the bottom of the mold is filled with the previously prepared molten flux with a determined composition)
The diameter of the inner cavity of the crystallizer measures 200mm, with a height of 1000mm. An air gap of 15-20mm exists between the bottom of the casting mold and the lower end of the electrode. The content should closely resemble the original text while presenting the same information in a different order.
The remelting regulations of electric bit are as follows: current intensity 1=2800~3000A, voltage U=40V, remelting time -75min.
